5 Year Warranty – Pyro Grill

Our Pyro Grills are designed for longevity, constructed with high-quality 5mm thick steel for exceptional durability. With our 5-year warranty, you can grill with peace of mind, knowing you’re covered for years to come!

This warranty applies to the original consumer purchaser of the Pyro Grill and covers specific components as outlined below. Proof of purchase from an authorized dealer or an order number may be required when processing a claim. Please note that certain exclusions apply (refer to the Product Exclusions section for details).

Our warranty primarily covers the structural integrity of your Pyro Grill, including burn-through and craftsmanship of materials. Covered components include the steel body, grill, cooking surfaces.

This warranty covers any damage to metal components caused by burn-through during regular use. Products that have been abused or misused may not be eligible for coverage.

We stand behind the quality of our products. If any defects in welds or fabrication are found to compromise the structural integrity of your Pyro Grill, we will assess the situation and offer a reasonable resolution. This warranty does not cover cosmetic blemishes that do not affect performance or structural integrity.

Damage resulting from misuse or abuse, such as burning hazardous materials, overloading, unauthorized modifications, or physical abuse, will void this warranty.

This warranty does not cover accessories or natural wooden components of the grill.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Damage during Shipping

While we take great care to ensure your package arrives in perfect condition, there may be rare instances of shipping damage. We kindly ask that you inspect the shipment thoroughly before signing the bill of lading. If you notice any damage or missing items, please document it on the bill of lading (delivery notice) before signing. Recording this information is essential for us to assist you with any claims. If not noted at the time of signing, it may affect the warranty and your ability to request an exchange for any damaged or missing products.

We understand that unexpected issues may arise, and we want to assure our customers that we are here to help. While our warranty does have certain exclusions, we always handle each case on an individual basis and strive to be as understanding as possible. Please be aware that Pyro Kitchen is not responsible for any damage to surrounding items or personal injury resulting from the use, misuse or improper handling of our products. It is the user’s responsibility to operate our products in accordance with the provided instructions and safety guidelines to prevent any potential damage or harm. For safe and effective use, always follow the recommended procedures and precautions outlined in the user manual.
