We’re Adam and Jazlynn, a husband-and-wife team who started Pyro Kitchen out of our passion for pizza and frustration with the so-called “premium” ovens we found on the market. We couldn’t find something that had the right mix of durability, performance, and honest value. So we developed one that met our standards.

Behind the design is Adam’s engineering background, over a decade of experience in automation design and custom industrial machinery building , which directly influences the way we build our ovens, and the materials we use.

We’ve prioritized structural integrity, designing our ovens with thicker materials, more welds, and reinforcements than competitors – and using better, more premium grades of stainless steel. These details may go unnoticed at first glance, but they make a world of difference in durability, heat distribution, and cooking results.

Our journey began in our own kitchen, perfecting the art of pizza-making in a home oven. From those humble beginnings, we’ve grown into a proudly Canadian Owned company passionate about helping you create restaurant-quality pizzas, roasted meats, crispy smoked breads, and more – all from the comfort of your backyard.
