3 year Warranty – Pizza Ovens

At Pyro Kitchen, we stand by our products, which is why we offer a three-year warranty on our Vera V2 and Caldo V2 pizza ovens, and a two-year warranty on the original Caldo and Vera models. Enjoy cooking with confidence, knowing you’re protected for years to come.

This warranty applies to the original consumer purchaser of Vera Wood Fired Pizza Oven PK1001 & Caldo Hybrid Pizza Oven PK2001 and covers specific components as outlined below. Proof of purchase from an authorized dealer or an order number may be required when processing a claim. Please be aware that certain exclusions apply, which are outlined further in the following sections.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. Products that have been subjected to abuse or misuse, negligence, alteration or improper installation, repair, replacement or storage may not qualify for coverage. For any warranty claims, we will carefully assess each situation and provide a fair resolution.

The following are specifically excluded from this warranty:

• Wear and tear unrelated to any defect.

• Missing parts reported after 5 calendar days from delivery of the oven.

• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damage, loss of use, or labour expenses in uninstalling or installing any material or parts

• Any other kind of loss or damages

• Any damage caused by overfeeding the oven with an excessive amount of wood or other combustible material, resulting in a fire, including but not limited to damage to the oven, surrounding areas, or personal property, will not be covered under this warranty. It is the responsibility of the user to use the oven in a safe and responsible manner

• Any cracked tiles on the oven resulting from misuse, physical damage, or the use of accelerants, water, or other substances not recommended by Pyro Kitchen will not be covered under this warranty.

• This warranty does not cover cosmetic imperfections or blemishes (such as scratches or discoloration, or surface rust) that do not affect the oven’s performance, structural integrity, or safety. Oxidation on the surface is not covered as it does not affect the structural integrity of the product.

This warranty does not include accessories.

We reserve the right to charge shipping fees related to warranty claims. Each case will be assessed individually, and shipping costs, if any, will be determined based on the nature of the issue and the customer’s location. We aim to be fair and reasonable with all warranty claims, and will always discuss any shipping charges with you before proceeding.

Please be aware that Pyro Kitchen is not responsible for any damage to surrounding items or personal injury resulting from the use, misuse or improper handling of our products. It is the user’s responsibility to operate our products in accordance with the provided instructions and safety guidelines to prevent any potential damage or harm. For safe and effective use, always follow the recommended procedures and precautions outlined in the user manual.

Damage during Shipping

While we take great care to ensure your package arrives in perfect condition, there may be rare instances of shipping damage. We kindly ask that you inspect the shipment thoroughly before signing the bill of lading. If you notice any damage or missing items (like accessories not strapped to the shipping box), please document it on the bill of lading (delivery notice) BEFORE signing. Recording this information is essential for us to assist you with any claims. If not noted at the time of signing, it may affect the warranty and your ability to request an exchange for any damaged or missing products.
