At Pyro Kitchen, we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item due to a warranty defect, we will cover the shipping costs for you.
For all returns, we offer a 30-day window from the date of purchase for any unused items as long as they are in their original packaging. To be eligible for a return, all items must be unused and in their original packaging. We require that you obtain a return authorization from us prior to returning any items.
Additionally, customers have 48 hours from the time of delivery to inspect the contents of the box for any missing parts and report them to us. If any parts are found to be missing after this 48-hour period, we will not be able to accept claims for the missing parts.
If an item has been used, it cannot be returned or exchanged. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, including any necessary taxes, fees, and duties associated with the return. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method and purchase shipping insurance to ensure that your returned item arrives safely. Shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
Customers are welcome to drop off their returned items at our warehouse in Brantford, Ontario. Please contact us at info@pyrokitchen.ca to arrange a drop-off time and obtain the necessary return authorization.

To ensure your pizza oven arrives safely and securely, we require a signature upon delivery for all orders. This policy helps protect against loss, theft, or damage during the shipping process.
Rural Addresses and Additional Charges
We strive to avoid additional shipping charges whenever possible. However, rural addresses or remote locations may incur extra fees due to the carrier’s delivery limitations. In these cases, we do our best to work with customers to find the most cost-effective solution. Options may include:
– Offering to ship to another address where additional fees may not apply.
– Exploring alternative delivery methods or carriers.

Inspect the Shipment Before Signing
It is critical to inspect your shipment carefully before signing the bill of lading:
- Check for External Damage: Look for holes, scuffs, or dents on the box.
- Open and Inspect. Cut the straps, open the box, and remove the cardboard upper shell. Inspect the sides, front, back, and top of the oven dome for any dents or damages.
- List Damages on the Bill of Lading**: If you notice any damage, list the damages on the bill of lading before signing.
- Contact Us: After listing the damages, reach out to our team at info@pyrokitchen.ca to report the issue.
